Circa Burger*
The Circa Burger is a straightforward, well-made burger that delivers on quality. The half-pound Painted Hills beef patty is juicy and flavorful, with a nice flame-broiled char. It's served on a toasted Macrina brioche bun that's soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together. The cheddar, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion are fresh and balanced, adding good texture and flavor without overpowering the beef. Nothing feels overdone, and each bite is satisfying. The option to swap in a Gardenburger is also a nice plus (though i have to come back to try that option) Overall, the Circa Burger keeps things simple and does them well. It's a reliable, tasty choice that's mostly classic and very enjoyable.

Amazing! Perfectly poached eggs on top of spinach and artichokes with a lusciously creamy hollandaise sauce. Crispy rustic potatoes and slices of tomatoes make for a perfect bunch. Round it out with a Pimm's cup and your morning is fulfilled
